Using Dock
BobWork grants you a licence to run and use Dock. The self-hosted licence is free in the draft pricing. You may not claim the software is yours or use it to break the law.

You run, secure and back up your server.
Managed
If we run it, service terms will be agreed with you.
Changes
We may change these terms and will say so.
No warranty
The software is provided as is. Some features are on the roadmap and not available. We make no promise about uptime for self-hosted installs.
To the extent the law allows, BobWork is not liable for lost data. Keep backups.
Ending
You can stop using Dock any time. We may end access to Managed for breach of terms. Governing law and the legal entity will be filled in before launch.
