Why it matters
Chat history is only an asset if you can find things in it. Search is the reason teams stay on a tool for years, and the reason switching feels risky. Dock keeps the index next to your data, so you do not pay per searchable message.

Does search work for non-English text?
Yes. The index handles any language.
Is my data sent to a search service?
No. The index lives in the same SQLite file as your messages, on your server.
